Day 1 – Afternoon – Create Connections

Working within groups, intentionally create connections with others building on your true self. Self study, small and large group work, and learning from people’s journeys will create an environment to let you gain momentum.

Day 2 – Morning – Digging deeper

After reflecting on Day 1, focus on yourself – who you are, how you show up, and how others experience you. Dive headfirst into how these affect team dynamics, work performance, and execution.
